PSW Energy and Perth Solar Warehouse announced the promotion of Nicole Bilman from General Manager to Chief Executive Officer, effective 2 February 2026.
From Administration Manager to Chief Executive
Nicole joined the businesses in July 2020 as Administration Manager and progressed to General Manager before this appointment, a path of just over five years through operational leadership. Under her management the group's headcount grew from around 10 employees to more than 50, and PSW Energy achieved ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification through Bureau Veritas, covering quality, safety and environmental management.
The group's Neerabup operating base now supports the northern metropolitan footprint alongside Bibra Lake, part of the operational expansion during her time as General Manager.
The transition is sequenced, not compressed
Nicole will keep her existing day-to-day responsibilities in the short term while building out an executive team over the following six months, a deliberate sequencing intended to protect service delivery through the transition rather than compress it into a single handover.
She brings more than a decade of experience across the electrical and renewable energy industries to the role, having worked through the business's operations, systems and compliance functions rather than arriving new to any of them.
