Fewer handovers between the sale and the installation
The company that scopes and sells a solar or battery project remains connected to the people responsible for technical delivery. Project information can move from assessment and design into scheduling, installation, commissioning, and support through shared operating systems and management responsibilities.
That structure does not remove every risk or delay. It does reduce the number of organisational handovers that must be resolved when a technical question, site variation, or service issue arises.
Work is performed under McKercher Corporation's Western Australian electrical contractor licence EC010771. PSW Energy's management systems are certified by Bureau Veritas to:
- ISO 9001:2015 for quality management
- ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management
- ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety management

The value is not that every project becomes simple. Solar and battery work remains site-specific. The value is that technical and customer responsibilities stay visible inside one operating group.
People remain the control
Licences, certifications, and systems create a framework. Qualified people still need to apply the current standards, product instructions, network requirements, site controls, and verification steps to each job.
