The bulletin recorded Tesla's announcement that eligible Powerwall 3 units would be able to operate with existing Powerwall 2 systems through a software update, with Australia identified as the first market. At that time, Western Australian rollout timing had not been confirmed.

Sigenergy Smart Energy Centre event
The bulletin recorded representatives of PSW Energy and Perth Solar Warehouse attending the Sigenergy Smart Energy Centre inauguration in Nantong, China, on 13 March 2026. It repeated facility, production and product statements presented at the event.
Those figures were attributed to Sigenergy and event reporting. They were not independently measured by McKercher Corporation and do not establish Australian approval, availability, performance or supply.

Operating-location context
The bulletin recorded continuing operations across Bibra Lake and Neerabup. This is retained as organisational context for March 2026, not as a current service-area or facility-access statement.
Wet-weather roof-work reminder
The bulletin addressed slippery surfaces, weather checks, fall protection, electrical isolation, ladder security, incident reporting and stop-work authority. Those points are retained as historical staff orientation.
They do not replace a current site assessment, safe work method statement, controlled work-at-height procedure, rescue plan, training, equipment inspection, competent supervision or applicable legal requirements.
Provenance and current-status limits
The Powerwall compatibility article retains a current Tesla source. The Sigenergy event record identifies incomplete direct-source retention for several event claims. The migrated bulletin did not include the controlled internal wet-weather, fall-protection or rescue documents. Current manufacturer, regulator and authenticated internal sources take precedence.
