Bulletin, January 2026: leadership and battery evidence

A historical index of the leadership, compliance, partnership and service matters recorded in the McKercher Corporation bulletin for January 2026.

Historical January 2026 bulletin index covering a leadership appointment, battery evidence rules and service records.

This page indexes matters recorded in the January 2026 internal bulletin. Dates, programme arrangements and operational instructions are preserved as historical context and must not be assumed to remain current.

Nicole Bilman appointment record

The bulletin recorded the announcement on 27 January 2026 that Nicole Bilman would move from General Manager to Chief Executive Officer of PSW Energy and Perth Solar Warehouse from 2 February 2026. It described the appointment as an internal promotion and referred to operational, customer-service and certification work.

The appointment record establishes the announcement made at that date. Current responsibilities should be checked through the organisation profile and current corporate records.

Battery photographic-evidence notice

The bulletin gave advance notice of Clean Energy Regulator photographic-evidence requirements scheduled to commence on 1 March 2026. It told installation teams that evidence had to be captured at defined stages and could not reliably be reconstructed after enclosure and commissioning.

Those instructions were preparatory guidance from January 2026. Current scheme rules, regulator material and controlled installation procedures must be used for present work.

Kleenheat Spark partnership record

The bulletin stated that Kleenheat Spark launched in Perth on 27 December 2025 with Perth Solar Warehouse as a primary local installation partner. The separate historical record does not establish current programme terms, service area, product selection or partner arrangements.

Customer service platform migration

The bulletin referred to a customer-service platform migration announced on 23 January and scheduled across 24 to 31 January 2026. It described intended changes to enquiry handling, project records and support coordination.

The linked archive records the planned window and intended scope. It does not establish that every feature was completed or that the January workflow remains current.

Data protection reminder

The bulletin also referred to a December 2025 statement about handling customer and operational information. Current public obligations and contact details are set out in the privacy policy.

Provenance and current-status limits

The migrated bulletin did not retain the primary appointment instrument, regulator notice, executed partnership agreement, completed platform report or underlying security-control documents. The linked records preserve the available context and state additional limitations. Current regulator publications, programme terms, corporate records and authenticated procedures take precedence.
