Sigenergy releases a thermal insulation board for SigenStack packs, and places Australia in the optional band
Sigenergy issued a product release notice on 21 August 2026 introducing an optional thermal insulation board that snaps around individual SigenStack battery packs to cut heat loss and reduce heating pad consumption. It releases on 15 September 2026. The notice sets its guidance by latitude rather than by market, which places Western Australia across two different bands.
Sigenergy adds a DC combiner box and changes the battery controller codes
Sigenergy issued a product release notice on 18 August 2026 introducing the SigenStack BC CMB-4, a DC combiner box that connects up to four SigenStack Battery Controllers in parallel to a single commercial and industrial hybrid inverter. It releases on 30 September 2026. The same notice records a product code transition for the battery controllers themselves, and the existing controller models are not compatible with the combiner box.
SigenStack BC cable now offered in an 8m length
Sigenergy issued a product change notice on 13 August 2026 introducing an 8m SigenStack BC cable kit alongside the existing 4m version. The longer kit carries the same electrical specification and connection types, and is scheduled for release on 30 August 2026. It removes a layout constraint on commercial and industrial installations where the battery controller and the inverter cannot be positioned close together.
